2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 10 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time of 10 days.
- We do not process orders on public holidays or weekends.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

4. Shipping Charges
- Domestic/ International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. Any additional customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order through Courier Name at Tracking Link.
6. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

8. Address & Delivery Issues
- Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments. Re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
