1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
✅ Domestic (Within Nepal)
✅ International

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within  10 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time of 10 days.
  • We do not process orders on public holidays or weekends.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer different shipping options based on your location:

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic/ International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. Any additional customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order through Courier Name at Tracking Link.

6. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or natural disasters.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

8. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments. Re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
